Call of Duty’s popular “The Haunting” Halloween event is returning for the upcoming spooky season, with a new trailer confirming Season 6 arrives in Modern Warfare 3 and Warzone on September 18. The seasonal update will include Michael Myers as a Call of Duty operator and other spooky skins.Activision has released a new trailer to announce Season 6 and The Haunting, which reveals a spooky nighttime makeover for Warzone’s Rebirth Island map. Sony is raising prices again, this time hiking the cost of standard PS5 DualSense controllers by $5. Effective now, the PS5 black and white standard DualSense controllers start at $75 (up from $70), while all the rest jumped from $75 to $80. The DualSense Edge is unaffected and still goes for $200.Sony made no official announcement about the DualSense price hike, but it seems to have gone into effect recently. Concord is going to be a game for the history books, just not the kind of history that Sony would have preferred. After debuting to dismal sales just under two weeks ago, Sony made the call to pull the plug on Concord and delist the title. But in the limited time that the game has left, players are trying to get a rare Platinum trophy by repeatedly killing their own characters in Concord’s Rivalry matches.Via IGN, Rivalry was intended to give two teams of five players a best-of-seven contest to determine the winner. But since both teams get experience points for participating, players have taken to immediately jumping off platforms to their demise. It gives the rival team a win, but it also helps level up the losers as well.
